With extensive experience in stage management, marketing, and administration, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chorale’s rehearsals, performances, and overall member experience.
As Chorus Manager, Mia oversees roster management, coordinates auditions, facilitates communication between singers and leadership, and ensures seamless logistics for rehearsals and performances. She serves as the key liaison between the artistic team, board of directors, and chorus members, fostering a positive and professional environment. Her attention to detail and ability to handle multiple moving parts make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
Mia’s background in stage management with Thalian Association Community Theater has honed her ability to coordinate large groups, manage schedules, and maintain meticulous records. Additionally, her work in marketing at the Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College has strengthened her communication skills, allowing her to keep the Chorale informed and engaged through clear and timely updates.
With a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Appalachian State University, Mia combines her expertise in administration with a deep appreciation for the performing arts.
