The program includes a 17th century piece from Peru, a popular song of resistance from Argentina, calypso from Venezuela, Mexican folk song “La Llorona,” a spiritual arranged by Moses Hogan, settings of Langston Hughes’ poetry by Rosephanye Powell and Joel Thompson, and more! We will be joined by musicians from the Wilmington area. We hope to see you there!
